Full Moon Women's Circle with Drumming

The beginning of September brought us the Full Moon celebrations at our Women's Soul Circle.

After being gifted some amazing djembe, shamanic, and bongo drums, it seemed the perfect time to share them for a beautiful drumming circle. We gathered under the illuminations of the full moon, connecting through the spirit of the drum, being playful, and feeling the energy created in the space.

We shared our thoughts, our feelings, and stories. Feeling blessed, we released with fire and celebrated abundance and felt gratitude for all that is. We sat and painted moon rocks

together, feeling grounded and heard. Our Women's Soul Circles happen on the 2nd Monday of each month at Escomb Village Hall.

Durham County Carers Support

As a parent carer, I have a great appreciation for charity organisations such as Durham County Carers Support. It was a pleasure to be asked to share some taster sessions of Laughter Yoga and Sound Therapy at their team building meeting this month. I felt excited to share what I love and describe how it has supported my own and other people's well-being within my community. It was a joy to see the positive interaction of the group with these new experiences, the connections created and to see them taking time for reflection. This all fits neatly with the current projects that I am working on, offering Wellness At Work packages. Autumn Retreat with Aromatherapy & Sound - Sunday 5th October

We can look at nature as a mirror for our own lives, as the trees begin to lose their leaves, slowing down, embracing change and what comes next. We can take time to notice and let go of what no longer serves us, build resilience to change and move forward in our life's journey. With this in mind, I am happy to shout about my next retreat with Anne Polet from Greenleaves Aromatherapy, especially after the positive feedback after our last collaboration earlier in the year.

If you would like to join us on Sunday, 5th October, we are celebrating the Autumn Equinox with a day of Aromatherapy, fire & drumming ceremony. We will have a shared lunch with time for reflection and sound healing. Look forward to seeing you there. Located at one of my favourite venues in Escomb Village Hall, Bishop Auckland, from 10 am - 3 pm.
