Terms & Conditions
It is kind to be clear. These are our terms and conditions for working with you on your wellbeing journey.
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using this site
The terms and conditions of use (together with the documents referred to in it) tells you the terms of use on which you may make use of our website www.wavesholistichealing.com , whether as a guest or a registered user. Use of our site includes accessing, browsing, or registering to use our site.
Please read these terms of use carefully before you start to use our site, as these will apply to your use of our site. We recommend that you print a copy of this for future reference.
By using our site, you confirm that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to comply with them.
If you do not agree to these terms of use, you must not use our site.
Event and sessional bookings
Your booking is for you only and is non transferrable to another person. Please cancel your booking. This will allow another person to book instead.
If you would like to change your booking then please contact us and we will check availability of your desired event or session. Some events do run at full capacity so unfortunately we can’t guarantee this will always be possible.
Fees and transactions
Fees and charges for events and sessions are payable in advance using the booking system of our choice on our website. The system we use incurs an administration fee for financial transactions. We will add this directly on to some of the transactions and at other times we absorb the cost.
If you are finding it difficult to book via our booking system then please make contact waveshollistichealing@gmail.com and we can make alternative arrangements.
Where possible registration details should be completed online, if this is not possible, please contact us and we will arrange to do this at a meeting.
We will ask questions about your health and medical needs as part of assessing your health in advance of some events or sessions.
We will not share your personal details with any third parties.
Cancellations
Cancellation by us - We endeavour to run all advertised events and will only cancel if there is no other alternative. Alternatives could include using an alternative holistic therapist offering a similar session; using an alternative venue; etc. If necessary we will provide plenty of notice to you and offer an alternative date or time for the session or event. If this is not to your satisfaction then a full refund will be offered. At times events will be out of our control and we may need to inform you of last-minute decisions. We will contact you using the information provided on the booking form.

Cancellation by you – Where ample notice has been given and we have time to offer the place to other people then we will be able to fully refund your fee. If there is a last-minute cancellation (less than 48 hours) we will not be able to refund your fee.

Refunds – we will refund your fee if you are able to notify us in advance of the event that you can no longer attend. The earlier the better and we would request 7 days notice prior to the session or event for a full refund. Any notice period of time less than 7 days and more than 48 hours before a session or event there may be costs incurred that we can not recoup. At this point we would offer 50% refund. Cancellation less than 48 hours from the event would not be eligible for a refund.
