It was a pleasure to work with Aaron from The Conscious Self to provide Pimm's and Needles well being events in 2023/24. I also enjoyed delivering a soundbath for one of Aaron's Woodland Resets in Middleton in Teesdale. Looking forward to working together again sometime in the future.

March Gathering
Myself and Vicky from Glory Days have had so much fun working together. I provided Laughter Yoga for her September Gathering 2023. Plus a Sound Bath and Drumming meditation at her March 2024 gathering at The Barn, Easington. Excited to collaborate more in the future.

Unity Well Being UK - Ruth Whitaker
Provided a Soundbath at one of Ruth's Living Mindfully events in January 2024 along with Lucy from 'Holistic Healing with Lucy' with her beautiful Women's circle. There will be a collaberation in June 2024.
Holistic Healing with Lucy - Lucy Applegarth
I met Lucy at Ruth's event in January where she ran the most beautiful Women's Circle. Since then I have shared a heart centred Cacao Ceremony at one of her magical Women's Circles in Darlington. Excited to do the same and also provide a soothing Soundbath at her 'Reclaim Your Goddess' Day Retreat in June 2024!
I-Hypnotise - Victoria Hindmarsh
In July 2023 we delivered a Happy Vibes event;
a mini retreat with Laughter Yoga and Hypnotherapy with Victoria. Since then I have ran some uplifting Laughter Yoga sessions at her lovely wellness centre in Spennymoor. Excited to have her be part of the Women's Retreat at Walworth Castle on 23rd May 2024 with a Hypnotherapy Confidence session.

Pimm's and Needles -
Donna Feeney & Charlotte Pyrah
I remember sending that email to Pimm's & Needles back in 2019 to run some Laughter Yoga sessions for their women's groups. It was such a Joy to share the Laughter with them all. I'm happy to say I've been part of their business, as a host ever since. It has been a beautiful encouraging platform that has built up my confidence and the opportunity to connect with some amazing people. For that I will always be grateful. Just like one big Pimm's & Needles family. Myself and Aaron (The Conscious Self) have since delivered many Well being sessions with Sound Therapy & Breathwork. I am currently enjoying being a host for the Silver members groups across County Durham
