Laughter all the way

June brought up more Laughter as I joined hundreds of guests at Amy Craggs fabulous event on the 8th June for 'Vibe Into Wellness' at Beamish Hall Hotel.The joy of again sharing playful Laughter Yoga Wellness was wonderful, especially to witness all those who joined in in the throws of play. Who knew dressing up in a spacesuit and flying to the moon would create such happiness. A great opportunity to explore many ways into Wellness by trying out something new with all the many different modalities to choose from. Look out for the next one!
