Join us at The Park Head Hotel for this New Event, specifically designed to get people out more and to connect with others. For a mindful morning of Movement, Laughter and Play with Noreen from Waves Holistic Healing. Who will guide you through a fun uplifting session followed by a light lunch & refreshments provided by The Park Head Hotel.
