About the event
Welcome to my monthly Waves Holistic Soundbath sessions, bringing us together at Sadberge Village Hall
Join us for our Soundbath and bring your intentions to the space, embracing changes of the seasons aswell as in our own lives.
The session will run from 7.30pm until 8.30pm with refreshments afterwards.
If you are someone who struggles with constant chatter in your head.. then this is definitely going to help you switch off and allow yourself to immerse in soothing soundwaves of some beautiful therapeutic instruments...
