Welcome to my monthly Sound Bath Meditation sessions, bringing us together at Middridge Village Hall on the 4th Wednesday each month.
They will run from 7pm until 8.30pm.
If you are someone who struggles with constant chatter in your head.. then this is definitely going to help you switch off and allow yourself to immerse in soothing soundwaves of some beautiful therapeutic instruments...
