Welcome to my monthly Sound Bath Meditation sessions, bringing us together at Beamish Hall Hotel in the Shafto Hall.
I am happy to say I will now be running my monthly Soundbaths from the Shafto Hall...with it's wooden features, ornate ceilings and amazing acoustics! I'm sure you will love it as much as I do and look forward to sharing healing vibrations with you in this sanctuary of peace & calm.

Beginning with an opening ceremony allowing us to settle in and feel present.
Bringing in intentions and allowing me to hold space for you.
My intention is to gently transition a person from their normal waking state of consciousness (beta) to a highly relaxed state of consciousness (alpha/theta).
In this relaxed state , a person’s own innate healing abilities should then be able to work more effectively in order to bring the person back into alignment.
The process can help to bring the person back into optimal vibration, offering many benefits to general health and wellbeing, both physically and emotionally.

(Thereaputic instruments include Gongs, Himalayan & Crystal Singing Bowls, Tingsha & Koshi Chimes, Buffulo and Framed Drums, Rattles & Rainstick and Rav Vast Handpan.)
N.B Please bring your own mat/blanket and cushion, however there are some available. Water bottle if needed. Refreshments will be provided. Please wear extra layers and bring warm items like socks. As autumn & winter term approaches wrap up warm as you head home.
