Join Waves Holistic Healing for a deeply relaxing Soundbath, a gentle, held space to rest, release and reset.

This session is not about loud or overwhelming sound. Instead, you’ll be guided into a soothing soundscape using instruments such as singing bowls, chimes and grounding tones, allowing your nervous system to soften and your body to naturally find balance through entrainment.
