Welcome to my monthly Sound Bath Meditation sessions, bringing us together at Escomb Village Hall on the 2nd Tuesday each month.
Next one is on Tuesday 9th April.
They will run from 7pm until 8.30pm.
If you are someone who struggles with constant chatter in your head.. then this is definitely going to help you switch off and allow yourself to immerse in soothing soundwaves of some beautiful therapeutic instruments...
