Welcome to Waves Holistic Soundbath sessions, bringing us together at Escomb Village Hall on the 2nd Tuesday each month.

* If you are someone who struggles with constant chatter in your head.. then this is definitely going to help you switch off and allow yourself to immerse in soothing soundwaves of some beautiful therapeutic instruments.

Beginning with an opening ceremony allowing us to settle in and feel present.
