WHO AM I?
Hi Noreen here, a mum of two, made in Manchester and settled in the North East in 1998. I discovered Laughter Yoga in 2018 after leaning into a more holistic approach to my well being. Since then I've become a Laughter Yoga Leader, Sound Therapist and a Meditation Instructor. Recently qualifying as a Sharing Circle and Cacao Ceremony Facilitator.
