Anne and Noreen will be holding this space for you to rest and recharge, along with the beautiful aroma of your very own aromatherapy blend. We invite you to focus on your heart chakra energy centre, for setting new intentions, surrounding yourself with love, and compassion. Healing with both aromatherapy and sound, giving you an amazing sensory experience.
Time spent on our day retreat offers the opportunity to slow down, reflect and get back in touch with ourselves and our hearts desires ♥️.
Essential oils, our plant allies can support us with this, promoting relaxation and offering peace, enabling us to heal. You will be creating your own nurturing blend, which we will be linking to our heart chakra, through affirmations and a beautiful sound bath .
